    As you say Chris, good integrated campaigns are best but these need to be based on insight. Start from the consumer; when are they interacting with the different media, what are they looking for and what can your brand offer. Work that out and you do AIDA in one go!

    Didn’t advertising revenues increase, not fall?  A slowing rate of increase – to a *paltry* 19% year-on-year – is rather different to a decrease.
