Ever wanted to travel over 40mph in an Elevator?
That’s what you can do in 2014 in Shanghai!
The fastest elevators in The World have been unveiled by Mitsubishi for the Shanghai Tower. By contrast, at the World’s current tallest skyscraper, Burj Kahlifa’s elevators only reach 26mph.
Yet another example of China not only raising the bar but doing it a speed which we cannot even imagine over here.
Aside from being fast it’s also green – the motors regenerate electricity thereby reducing consumption by 30%.
